Ended up putting about 150 miles on the car and being gone for four hours.

Emma took every twist and turn I threw at her with grace and poise. I never once heard a tire so much as squeal and I was taking turns at... quick speeds.

Found a couple interesting things too.

This building was stuck in the 50s. Even had some super old manual gas pumps. Whether they were usable or not I’m not sure.

This is one of a few old trucks this one place had. They seemed to all be 50s Chevys/GMCs.

And finally a cool old bridge going over the Missouri river.

There’s videos my brother is gonna edit together. But otherwise yeah, excellent way to spend a Friday evening. I think this has helped me fall for my car again.

We stopped multiple times. And it might’ve been less than 150 miles I’m not sure. My average speed certainly wasn’t under 40 mph though.

On country roads where the speed limit was between 45 and 65, my average was never under 40. So no I didn’t drive dangerously and speed everywhere. Thanks for trying though.

Story of my ABC light. It’ll just come on sometimes. I have to cycle through the ride height settings and it goes away, but not before giving me a minor heart attack.
